Overview
Northeast Co. was relaunching its architectural division with a focus on high-end brands and a new, redesigned luxury showroom in Mamaroneck, NY. The primary objectives were to elevate the brand, streamline the online experience, and increase foot traffic to the Mamaroneck showroom. They needed a website that felt more high-end and design-forward to resonate better with their luxury-minded customers and premium vendors, while still feeling connected to the larger Northeast brand.
Design Process
We started with redesigning the visual identity for the Architectural divisionwith a kick-off call to clarify the CEO’s goals. conducted a content audit and competitive analysisto determine what could be repurposed, removed, or rewritten to support that vision. Then, I performed a competitive analysis to identify UX, UI, and microcopy patterns that would inform a design that felt both intuitive and distinctive. Next, I presented wireframes created directly in Squarespace and identified opportunities to strengthen her story and better convey the value of her services. The result was a streamlined two-page site that clearly answered: Who are we? What do we do? Why us?
Benefits Section
To build trust and credibility, I highlighted Arwin’s partnership with Virtuoso, one of the most respected travel networks in the world, and clearly explained how it benefits clients. I paired the text with friendly, easy-to-scan icons to reflect the brand’s high-touch, personalized service. This helped make the value points feel quick, accessible and inviting.
